Progress

Ever since my Dr appt last week I have been working hard on being more positive. I was doing fantastic until tuesday. Since tuesday I am having more trouble with it. So yesterday I went to the library to check out some books on Cognitive Therapy. And this morning I went on a walk from 7am to 7:30. I am feeling much better today. I am almost excited about the therapy. The book I am reading. . . it is opening my eyes. Because I would never classify myself as a negative person,  but I realize that my "inner monologue" is very negative. Almost everything in the book applies to me. But I think its gonna work. So I am going to work my butt off with this (it is supposed to help with overeating too so maybe literally)
