I took the kids to the park this after noon and I feel a lot better now
I think I was living too much in my head
Because I was living in the moment with them sliding down slides and pushing swings and my smile came back
But I have a feeling that we will be changing my meds again when I go back to the Dr
I hope we do because I am not sleeping at all
I think the wellbutrin is not helping with that
I am going to sleep good tonight though
I am exhausted and I am going to take an ambien
