I was done for the night but I used a recipe a friend gave me and I had to post it. Right now.
It is so satisfying.
It is like an almond butter cup but its healthy
Yogurt (I used fat free greek)
Almond butter (2 tbl spoons)
Sweetener (I use stevia)
I stired it together and added some crumbled dark chocolate that I have been experimenting with.
