Wednesday Weigh in

I haven't noticed if Mrs Scale Junkie has been doing her HYC so I just thought I would do something on my own.

In stead of staying on phase 1 for 2 weeks we are going to begin phase 2 this week because even though we both need to lose 50 lbs the main goal is to be healthy and set a good example for our kids.  However I've decided that during the day when Sean is at work I am going to stay on phase 1. 

I am still doing fantastic. 6.5 pounds down. I accidentally cheated. I thought spaghetti squash was a vegatable but its considered a starch. OOPS. But I wont do it again and its better than eating a cake or something.
I've been doing fantastic on exercise.
Today I plan to go on a long walk and do interval training

I am in this for the long haul and if my kids grow up as healthy people I will consider it a success no matter what else happens

  1. Keep it up. I know its hard. Look at it like its a life long commitment. Small changes for the rest of your life.

    One thing I did when I was dieting and I lost a lot of weight. I never use a full size plate to eat out of. The portion size on a saucer is enough to make you full.
