Pain

If no pain no gain is true I must really be gaining because I am in so much pain.

 I am waddling like a preggo.

I worked out for about an hour and a half on sunday and I am really paying for it.

I jogged (very slowly) for about 20 mins and the rest was a class on resistance training. I didn't think it was going to hurt this much though.

I am afraid to go again.

I just coughed and almost passed out from the pain.

But its ok I have a few days to recover because Louis is sick.

He is such a grouchy sicko.

And his eye is so gross and goo-ie

Don't worry I have been snuggling him every chance I get

He woke me up at 2 last night and he just wanted to be held for a moment.

It is sad to see him so pitiful
