Day 3 of the plague and I am not sure any of us will survive. I have had no sleep for 3 nights. That alone is enough to kill me. But at least I do not have a fever today. Yet. Sean stayed home from work again and he is taking care of Louie. Louis is doing the best of all of us. Carmen is doing the worst. Her fever started yesterday. So we have a couple more days of this.
I knew Louie was feeling better because we were sitting in my bed watching Miss Spiders Sunny Patch and he leaned over and kissed me. On the boob. But it was so sweet. I think he was telling me thank you for taking such good care of him the last few days. I love him.
Last night at about 4 in the morning Carmen woke up for her next dose of ibprofen. After she took her meds and had some coke to wash it down she looked at me and said "how about a little snack" I said no its time to sleep and she said " its good night time?" I said yes and she said "its dark outside?" I said yes and she rolled over and went back to sleep. I love her too.
Awww, they are so sweet when they are sick... so much more snuggly and lovey. At least when they aren't all whiny and clingy and needy. Sorry you haven't been able to sleep. Hope it all gets back to normal for you soon.
